Common questions
What does an automation project cost?
It depends on the process, so we don’t quote blind. After the review call you get a short written estimate: what the agent will do, what it should save you, and a fixed price for building it. You can judge the return before you commit to anything.
Will AI agents replace my staff?
They replace the repetitive part of the job, not the people. Agents handle the routine cases; anything unusual goes to a person, who keeps the final say.
Which systems can the agents work with?
Most of what a business runs on: email, accounting and ERP software, CRMs, spreadsheets, shared drives, bank statement files and internal databases. If a system has an API or a regular export, an agent can usually work with it.
Can an agent read paper documents?
Yes. One of our agents reads scanned paper questionnaires, including handwriting, ticked boxes and numbers; another reads the paper site diaries of a construction company.
