QBeat Technologies is a software company based in Cyprus. For seven years we have built and run production systems for payments, trading, the public sector and our own products. Today we put that experience into AI agents that take the repetitive work off people’s desks.

From custom software to AI agents

2019
- QBeat Technologies is founded in Cyprus.
- Our engineers start work on the EUIPO Front Office, the online trade mark and design filing platform, through a partner.
2023
- A CESOP reporting platform for payment service providers, built with PwC Cyprus (2023–2024).
2024
- Certified as an Innovative SME by Cyprus’s Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy.
- Listed as a Microsoft partner.
2025
- QBeat Academy is approved as an HRDA training centre.
2026
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, audited by TÜV Austria.
- We deliver an online share-issuance platform.
Today
- AI agents that save our clients €12,000 a year, 30 engineer-days a year and €25,000 a year.
- Senior engineers inside client teams, and custom software end to end.

A small senior core

A permanent team in Cyprus, and trusted senior engineers who join for each project. You see CVs and talk to the engineers before they start.

We use what we build

We run our own finances on Panoptes, our AI financial platform, and AI agents handle parts of QBeat Academy’s operations, from payment reconciliation to HRDA paperwork.

Security is part of the job

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, audited by TÜV Austria. Code review, static analysis and dependency scanning are part of how we build.
