Software Developer (all levels)

We are hiring software developers at every level, from your first role to senior. You will build web platforms, integrations and AI agents for clients in seven countries, and work alongside experienced engineers who review your code and help you grow.

What you will do

  • Design, build and ship software, on new projects and on systems already in production
  • Build proofs of concept to test an idea before it becomes a project
  • Work with clients to understand the problem before writing the code
  • Review code, and have yours reviewed
  • Fix problems properly, and write down what you learned in our documentation

What we look for

  • Good programming skills in a mainstream language, for example TypeScript, Python, Java or C#
  • SQL and relational databases
  • Git, and object-oriented programming
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Ownership: you see your work through, and ask when you are stuck
  • For junior roles, a computer science degree or projects you can show us matter more than years of experience

Bonus points

  • Front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Docker, Kubernetes and a cloud platform
  • Experience with LLMs or AI agents
  • Fintech or payments experience
  • Linux and the command line
  • Greek
