About the Opportunity
QBeat Technologies is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead complex software development projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in connecting client needs with our technical capabilities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of software development projects across multiple locations, including Dubai, Gibraltar, Luxembourg, Spain, and Cyprus.
- Directly manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, development teams, and clients to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays and other issues.
- Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives, making recommendations to modify and improve project plans as needed.
- Promote an agile, collaborative, and innovative project environment.
- Regularly report project status to senior management and all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Superior leadership skills with the ability to challenge and influence a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of software programming languages (Java, C#) and frameworks (Spring, ASP.NET).
- Prior exposure to Forex/Fintech sectors.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Greek.
